EU law to allow travel in EU with your online books, films, TV, music

The European Parliament's Legal Affairs Committee has approved a content portability regulation that will allow EU citizens to access their online music, films and other content when they travel across Europe. The legislation, an exception to geo-blocking for temporary stays abroad inside the EU, goes before the full Parliament in May and would take effect in spring of next year.
