Energy reform; Insider trading; ECB banking oversight; State of the Union
The European Parliament session in Strasbourg this week debated how to keep internal energy market reform on track for 2014. It also voted for tougher measures to combat insider trading and achieve greater oversight of Europe´s banking industry via the ECB. 2013 State of the Union: Europe slowly recovering; needs to complete the Single Market.
