The European Parliament votes to end all EU roaming charges by 2017 as key part of a pledge to deliver a Single Digital market.Parliament also approved new measures to improve corporate tax transparency across EU internal borders.During 2016 budget talks new sources of funding, particularly from the EU Member States to alleviate the refugee crisis were debated.
