Master in Political Science, The University of Szczecin, 1998. 1997-1998 member of the research staff at the University of Szczecin. 1999-2003 member of the Council of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship. 2005-2009 Member of Parliament of the Republic of Poland. MEP since 2009.
