Background:

On Wednesday, 4 June, the Members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs will vote on the report summarising Georgia’s progress on its path to European integration.

On this occasion, together with Georgian civil society activists, Rasa Juknevičienė MEP will present the situation in the country. All three Georgian speakers are part of a delegation of leading civil society activists who represent the Georgian people engaged in mass daily pro-democracy and pro-European protests. These demonstrations have continued uninterrupted since 28 November.

The entire delegation will be present in Brussels and available on the margins of the press conference. It includes:
