Improving conditions for posted workers in the EU
The European Parliament’s Employment Committee has approved a revision of an EU law on posted workers.
The law will mean better working conditions for posted workers, the same rules on remuneration as workers in the host EU country, fairer competition between companies and better access to information for workers and businesses.
It is now up to the European Parliament as a whole to approve the law.
