Born in 1984, in Roeselare, Tom Vandenkendelaere joined the European Parliament following the appointment of Belgian MEP Marianne Thyssen as European Commissioner. He is the former national Chairman of JONG (young) CD&V and holds a PhD in International Relations (University of Kent). MEP since 2014.
