Born in 1970 in Madrid, he holds a Diploma in Marketing and Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from ESEM. He served as Executive Vice-Secretary of the IDC in Brussels (2000–2002), Assistant to the President of the Spanish Government, José María Aznar (2002–2004), and has been a member of Aznar’s private office since April 2004. He was a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 2009 to 2014 and again since 2019.
