Born in 1977. Athens. Degree in Law, Faculty of Law, National Kapodistrian University of Athens. MSc in the Department of Public Law, PhD candidate in the Department of Public Law, same Faculty (Thesis title: “Civil Liability of the State”). Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association since 2004. He runs his own law firm. President of ONNED, the youth political organization of Nea Demokratia - elected in 2004 and the first ONNED president to be re-elected (in 2007). Secretary General of DAP-NDFK, the largest Greek student association, 2001-2004. Member of the Nea Demokratia Political Bureau and a member of the party’s Central Committee since 2004. MEP since 2009.
