EU defence, Turkey criticised, New Digital Commissioner
At its latest plenary session, the European Parliament debated how to build a common defence, it approved a resolution calling on Turkey to reverse anti-democratic policies or face a suspension of EU accession talks, and it endorsed the nomination of EPP Group MEP Mariya Gabriel as the new Digital Commissioner.
