Back Belarus civil groups facing deadly oppression

At the European Parliament, EPP Group MEPs hosted pro-democracy NGOs like Charter 97 from Belarus. Recent secret executions there have added urgency to supporting civil society facing President Alexander Lukashenko’s iron-fisted rule. MEPs included Sandra Kalniete, Bogdan Zdrojewski and Ramón Luis Valcárcel.
