Roundup of the week's European Parliament plenary action in Strasbourg, including an EPP Group-supported call for a financial transactions tax and an EPP-drafted resolution for EU officials to boycott Ukraine's Euro 2012 games over Kiev's jailing of opposition leaders including Yulia Tymoshenko. Parliament also approved an EPP-drafted report calling for a crackdown on member states slow to adopt EU legislation.
