End to roaming charges by 2015; Caps and more transparency on card and transaction charges
The European Parliament approves legislation to eliminate roaming charges on voice, SMS and data services by the end of 2015, and has enforced net neutrality. Caps on credit card and debit card charges will benefit European consumers and retailers.
