Sara Skyttedal, born in 1986, is a Member of the European Parliament and a Member of the national board of the Swedish Christian Democrats. Prior to her election to the European Parliament, she served as Deputy Mayor in the Municipality of Linköping. She studied political science and economics at Stockholm University.
In the European Parliament, Sara Skyttedal chairs the Delegation for relations with Iraq (D-IQ), is a Member of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) and serves as EPP Vice-Coordinator in the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL).
MEP since 2019.
