Common EU Sales Law to kick-start Single Market
A new draft proposal on the Common European Sales Law overwhelmingly passes Parliament´s Legal Affairs committee. It`s meant to ease cross-border trade, particularly in smaller national markets, by offering a single set of contract rules for consumers and producers alike.
