EPP Group debates strategic priorities in Salzburg

The EPP Group Presidency and the Heads of National Delegations will hold a special meeting in the Austrian baroque town of Salzburg this Thursday and Friday. Austrian Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz from the Austrian EPP (ÖVP) will join the event, which is chaired by EPP Group Chairman Manfred Weber MEP. They will debate the Group's priorities for the new legislative period in the European Parliament until 2024.

We will determine the priorities for the EPP Group and debate with the newly re-elected Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz (ÖVP/EPP).

“We are looking forward to going to Salzburg, Austria, to determine the priorities for the EPP Group and debate with the newly re-elected Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz (ÖVP/EPP) and our ÖVP friends. We will work closely with our Austrian colleagues on a forward-looking and positive agenda for the future of Europe”, Weber said.

We now have to unite all our strength to get Europe on a successful track for the future.
