The colour blue and a big moustache are the international symbols that represent this initiative, a movement that takes place every November. It draws our attention to some of the biggest health issues faced by men nowadays: prostate cancer, testicular cancer and also mental health and suicide prevention.

• Start listening to our bodies to avoid serious illnesses.
