Curriculum Vitae
Born in 1970, Sălaj. He graduated in animal breeding at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Cluj-Napoca, and in law at the Faculty of Law, Babeş- Bolay University, Cluj- Napoca. Between 2000 and 2006 he trained in public administration at the University of Albany, New York, and also at Michigan State University, USA. In 2006, he became Doctor in Philosophy at Babeş Bolay University, Cluj. Since 2005, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, Babeş Bolay University.
He currently holds the position of PNL Cluj Co-President, a Party which is a result of a merger of two centre-right parties from Romania.
