As EU leaders meet for the first time in the European Council's new Europa building, they will draft a declaration on the future of Europe.  Marking the 60th anniversary of the founding Treaty of Rome, they should give a strong direction for Europe to improve the daily lives of Europeans, says EPP Group Chairman Manfred Weber. The summit should also underline the need for free, and fair, international trade that creates jobs.
