EPP Group leads fight against corruption in Europe

Despite the best efforts of judicial authorities at national and EU level, billions of euros are lost to corruption every year. EU leaders have therefore made anti-corruption policy one of the pillars of the so-called Stockholm Programme, the framework for EU cooperation on judicial, police and legal matters.
