Révision du Cedefop : l’Europe mise sur la formation professionnelle

« En offrant à cette agence un nouveau règlement modernisant son fonctionnement et actualisant ses missions, nous dotons l’Union européenne d’un outil efficace au service de l’enseignement et de la formation professionnels en Europe » a déclaré Anne Sander, rapporteur de la révision du règlement fondateur du Centre européen pour le développement de la formation professionnelle (Cedefop), adopté aujourd’hui en commission Emploi et Affaires sociales du Parlement européen.

« Je souhaite que ce centre puisse gagner aussi bien en efficacité qu’en visibilité. Qu’il puisse aussi mettre son expertise au service de défis majeurs pour relancer l’emploi en Europe, notamment la mobilité professionnelle, la reconnaissance des qualifications ou encore le développement des compétences numériques », a expliqué Anne Sander.

« Cette agence décentralisée, participera, avec ses homologues européens travaillant sur les sujets sociaux, à la mise en œuvre de l’agenda européen pour l’acquisition de nouvelles compétences », a conclu l’eurodéputée.
