Our staff comprises:

Temporary agents

The majority of our staff are temporary agents with contracts of an indeterminate period, recruited through a recruitment procedure that includes written and oral tests. Vacancies for these posts are advertised on our website.

Contract agents

The Group has a number of contract agents with fixed duration of the contract. As a rule, these colleagues are recruited from a reserve list established after a selection and interviews. The maximum length of their contract is six years.

Civil servants

The Group's permanent staff also includes EU officials from the institutions, mainly from the European Parliament, who are seconded to the Group.

FAQ

Generally, depending on the number of applications received, it may take up to three months from a publication of a notice of recruitment to a reserve list for temporary agents, and two to three months for contract agents.
