The Danes have shown good sense in reinstating a government majority which guarantees stability and prosperity. Joseph Daul MEP, Chairman of the EPP-ED Group

"Thanks to the solid coalition of Conservatives and Liberals, for the last six years the Danes have had a government that works with great success for prosperity and security in Denmark, but also ensures a stable, dignified and efficient international representation of the country and guarantees a strong attachment to Europe. I wish to present my whole-hearted congratulations to the Danish people for having reinstated this government in yesterday's general elections", said Joseph Daul MEP, Chairman of the most influential group in the European Parliament.
